They may be stocked in Western Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Oak, MDF or various paint grade woods. Custom Mouldings Mouldings may be custom milled to match a sample or to your specifications. We have thousands of knives in stock or we can make a knife to create the specific pattern that you need. Custom mouldings may be run in many different species of hardwood and softwood. They are priced with a set-up charge plus a price per lineal foot for the material. There is no minimum quantity requirement. Custom mouldings are usually manufactured in just 2-3 weeks. We also mill customers material: To dimensional sizes, run to a moulding pattern, planing, wide belt sanding, jointing, etc. The following information is needed to quote a custom order: 1. Sketch, drawing or sample of the moulding 2. Approximate quantity 3. Type of wood preferred
